Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational strategies supporting 500+ daily shipments across 3 fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization initiatives, reducing fulfillment costs by 15% annually
- Oversee inventory management systems with 99.8% accuracy through data-driven forecasting and replenishment
- Develop crisis management protocols ensuring 24/7 operational continuity during peak seasons
- Drive vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier logistics partners
- Implement KPI dashboards tracking OTIF, inventory turns, and resource utilization
- Mentor 8-person operations team through performance development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementations and ERP system integrations
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt) or equivalent process methodology
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data-driven decision-making in complex environments
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or e-commerce sectors
- Deep knowledge of international compliance regulations and customs protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with track record of resolving multi-site operational challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
