Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3+ distribution centers, managing inventory accuracy and fulfillment KPIs
- Lead process optimization initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and carrier networks
- Implement and scale WMS/TMS systems while ensuring 99.9% system uptime
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Manage $5M+ operational budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Lead crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and optimization
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with 5+ years managing teams of 15+
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
