Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, transportation, and customer service divisions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee inventory management systems and implement JIT/lean methodologies
- Collaborate with IT to deploy WMS/TMS platforms and process automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international trade regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization proficiency
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Deep knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and international trade compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset
