Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven expertise in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies

- Strong background in supply chain optimization and vendor management
- Track record of leading teams through operational transformations
- MS/MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or PMP) preferred
