Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve KPIs in cost reduction, delivery times, and quality metrics
- Develop and execute annual operational budgets, achieving 15%+ efficiency improvements year-over-year
- Analyze operational data using Tableau/Power BI to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners to enhance service levels
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards while maintaining zero-incident safety records
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system upgrades and IoT integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within high-growth tech or e-commerce
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 20%+ through process optimization
- Expertise in Six Sigma/Lean methodologies with active certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and risk mitigation
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team-building and change management success
