Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and implement KPI dashboards to monitor operational efficiency and service levels
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layouts and implement automation technologies
- Manage $2M+ operational budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Lead digital transformation projects including ERP system upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership with 3+ in management roles
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Expertise in WMS/TMS systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
- Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification required
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
