Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic supply chain initiatives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using ERP/MES systems
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage $15M+ operational budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in operations management with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven success in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+
- Professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma Black Belt)
- Experience with international shipping regulations and customs compliance
