Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations/management with SaaS or tech sector
- Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments

- Advanced proficiency in operational analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
