Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational strategies across procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) to optimize workflows
- Lead crisis management and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Oversee budget allocation and cost control initiatives
- Mentor operations team members and foster a culture of accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations or supply chain management
- Proven expertise in process optimization and operational analytics
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or similar
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
