Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within the logistics or supply chain sector (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and distribution.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
