- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks supporting 50K+ monthly transactions
- Lead process optimization initiatives reducing cycle times by 25%+ through Lean/6 Sigma methodologies
- Oversee $50M+ inventory management with 99.5%+ accuracy targets
- Direct cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven decision systems for real-time operational insights
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships for cost reduction
- Drive continuous improvement culture through quarterly operational audits
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in high-volume logistics
- Proven expertise implementing ERP/SAP systems and WMS platforms
- Lean/6 Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and operational analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience managing 15+ person teams in matrixed environments
- Strong P&L management and budget optimization skills
