Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable operational strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
