Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in operations leadership with 3+ years in tech
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience scaling operations from 10M to 100M+ ARR
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process mapping tools
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
