- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive data-driven decisions and process enhancements
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% system uptime across 3 data centers
- Collaborate with C-suite on budget allocation and resource planning for operational expansion
- Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Manage compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards across all operational domains
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within SaaS or tech sector
- Proven expertise in scaling operations for high-growth startups (Series B+)
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) or equivalent
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing international teams across APAC and EMEA regions
- Strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation
