- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks across 3PL, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven decision systems
- Manage $25M+ operational budgets with P&L accountability
- Oversee vendor management and strategic partnership development
- Coordinate crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor 15+ operations professionals through performance development plans
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations experience in logistics/3PL sector
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma or Supply Chain Management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Proven track record in budget management over $20M
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Power BI proficiency
- Change management experience with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
