Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows for 3PL fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop KPI dashboards and data-driven strategies for performance monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain and warehouse operations
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor operations analysts and junior managers on lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in operations management with 3PL/e-commerce experience
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and process automation
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma/Lean (Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech environments
- Expert knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety protocols
