Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows across 3PL partners and internal teams
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance
- Develop annual operational budgets and ensure cost control measures
- Overhaul inventory management systems to achieve 98%+ accuracy
- Coordinate disaster recovery protocols and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/tech
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $5M
- Excellent stakeholder management across global teams
- BS in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
