Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost structures
- Coordinate crisis management protocols and ensure business continuity planning
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system enhancements and automation implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or logistics
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of successfully scaling operations in high-growth environments
