Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor end-to-end operational workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor relationship management
- Develop and maintain compliance protocols ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with leadership to establish strategic operational goals and annual budgets
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational visibility and automation
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain management
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations for high-growth organizations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
