Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows across logistics, supply chain, and service delivery
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Develop and maintain robust vendor management relationships for critical operational needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification required)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost reduction
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification
- Ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
