As the Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our organization. Your duties will include:

- Oversee and manage the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and warehousing to distribution and delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with company goals and drive cost reduction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Negotiate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety and labor standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in operations management:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proven experience leading teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
