Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows across supply chain, logistics, and service delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of 12+ operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and ensure SLA compliance
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize cost structures and vendor relationships
- Oversee inventory management, distribution networks, and quality control systems
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
- Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth technology or manufacturing environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with demonstrated experience in budget management >$5M
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing with C-suite executives
