Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to enhance productivity and scalability

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements resulting in 20%+ efficiency gains
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
