The Opportunity: We seek a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive scalable solutions. This hybrid role offers leadership impact in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies across logistics, inventory, and fulfillment
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs for efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality
- Analyze performance metrics using SQL/Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for 3PL partners
- Develop crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor junior staff through performance reviews and skill development programs
- Drive automation initiatives using AI/ML tools for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics or tech operations
- Proven expertise in process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma certified)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Experience scaling operations across multiple geographies
- Exceptional leadership skills with 5+ years managing 15+ person teams
- Certified in APICS or CSCP preferred
