Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability KPIs
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination across multiple channels
- Develop and mentor a diverse team of 15+ operations professionals through performance coaching and talent development
- Analyze operational data using advanced analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company vision and growth plans
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain rigorous quality control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in operations management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex logistics networks and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and stakeholders
