Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting for operational expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Sales) to align operational goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
