Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Procurement, IT) to align operational goals with business strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or supply chain.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
