Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows for logistics, inventory, and distribution systems
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex operational projects
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize cost structures
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality
- Over vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within tech or e-commerce
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience scaling operations across multiple geographies
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or SCMP highly valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
