Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization
- Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and quality assurance
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong background in supply chain logistics and inventory management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations during high-growth phases
