Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across multiple departments
- Lead a team of 10+ operations specialists through mentorship and strategic delegation
- Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and maintain vendor partnerships while negotiating contracts to optimize costs
- Oversee inventory management, logistics, and distribution networks to ensure seamless operations
- Create disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols to mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to implement ERP systems and operational technologies
- Present operational insights to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or logistics sectors
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly valued)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost reduction strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated team development success
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation desirable
