Responsibilities
- Design and execute operational strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and monitor KPIs for performance metrics like inventory turnover and delivery accuracy
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service levels
- Drive digital transformation projects using ERP and logistics management systems
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop disaster recovery plans and mitigate operational risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in operations leadership with 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process optimization methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong vendor management experience with regional APAC exposure
- Exceptional project management skills with PMP certification
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-regional collaboration
