Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commissioning of new plant facilities and equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Oversee daily plant operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and minimal downtime

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and production personnel

Qualifications
