Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritizing incoming communications.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment for all staff members.
- Streamline internal workflows and document processes to improve productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental communications and cross-functional project management.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring timely delivery of services and cost efficiency.
- Lead ad-hoc special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or a related general business role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
