Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize product assortment and placement.
- Lead and mentor a team of visual merchandisers to ensure high standards of execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Buying Department to forecast demand and manage stock levels effectively.
- Oversee the seasonal floor set process, ensuring timely and impactful rollouts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies through rigorous audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales reports.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic merchandising.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and retail POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
