Qualifications
- 8+ years of merchandising experience in luxury/premium retail environments
- Proven track record in inventory management and assortment planning
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and store operations
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
