Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to develop data-driven merchandise plans
- Collaborate with design teams to align product assortment with brand strategy and customer preferences
- Optimize inventory allocation across retail channels to maximize profitability and minimize markdowns
- Develop and manage seasonal financial plans including OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to senior leadership
- Coordinate with store teams to execute floor plans and visual merchandising directives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in luxury retail or premium fashion
- Expertise in retail analytics tools (e.g., BlueCherry, SAP Retail, Oracle Retail)
- Strong financial acumen with proven budget management skills
- Ability to translate market trends into actionable merchandise strategies
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
