As a key member of our Merchandising Division, you'll collaborate with creative directors, buyers, and store managers to deliver cohesive collections that resonate with our luxury market positioning. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise plans across 5+ product categories, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market insights to optimize stock allocation and minimize markdowns
- Collaborate with buying teams to create comprehensive assortment strategies that maximize GMV and margin performance
- Manage seasonal calendar milestones, including pre-books, deliveries, and promotional events
- Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to ensure cohesive in-store execution
- Present merchandise performance insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field with 5+ years luxury retail planning experience
- Expert proficiency in retail planning systems (e.g., Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder) and Excel analytics
- Proven track record of developing merchandise plans that exceed sales targets and margin goals
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and seasonal retail cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic business decisions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management and OTB planning
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to diverse stakeholders
