Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive merchandising experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion brands
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandise plans with measurable sales growth
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, Tableau) and Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer psychology and omnichannel retail dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience managing vendor partnerships and supply chains
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; MBA preferred
