Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise plans across 5+ product categories
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform buying decisions
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory optimization and markdown strategies to maximize profitability
- Lead cross-functional partnerships with marketing, store operations, and supply chain
- Train and mentor junior merchandising professionals
- Drive vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with luxury brands
Qualifications
- 7+ years of luxury retail merchandising experience
- Proven track record in inventory management and P&L responsibility
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Oracle Retail, SAP)
- Deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Ability to travel domestically for market visits and vendor meetings
