- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Mentor junior merchandising staff through training and development programs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Oversee store replenishment and allocation processes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail merchandise management
- Proven track record of achieving sales and margin goals
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to travel domestically for market research and trade shows
- Portfolio demonstrating successful assortment planning execution
