Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies aligned with brand identity and sales targets

- Oversee inventory allocation and markdown strategies to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to create compelling in-store experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product launches
- Monitor KPIs including sell-through rates, margins, and inventory turnover
Qualifications
- 8+ years in merchandise planning or retail buying with luxury/premium brands
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and margin optimization
- Advanced proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP)
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Expertise in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
