As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' research. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists, regulatory affairs professionals, and designers to produce high-impact deliverables for global markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the authorship and development of high-impact peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and posters for international conferences.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and scientifically accurate content.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to strict regulatory guidelines, including FDA, EMA, and ICMJE standards.
- Critique and edit work of junior writers, providing mentorship and feedback to elevate team quality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical nuances and translate them into patient-friendly language when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Nursing, or a related Life Sciences field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical writing, clinical research, or regulatory affairs.
- Proven track record of authoring publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, statistical reporting, and medical terminology.
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team structure.
