Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, peer-reviewed manuscripts for publication in leading medical and scientific journals.
- Oversee the regulatory submission lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with FDA and EMA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Directors, to gather and synthesize data.
- Conduct in-depth literature reviews and statistical analysis to support scientific claims.
- Mentor junior writers and review drafts to ensure adherence to style guides (e.g., AMA, ICMJE).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in medical writing or regulatory affairs.
- Proven track record of successful manuscript publications in high-impact journals.
- Advanced proficiency in authoring software (e.g., MS Word, EndNote, LaTeX) and project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
