Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials in oncology/immunotherapy
- Analyze genomic data using bioinformatics tools and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams of 5+ researchers and clinicians
- Secure NIH grants and industry partnerships ($1M+ annually)
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in high-impact journals
- Mentor junior scientists and develop lab protocols
- Ensure compliance with FDA and IRB regulations
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in biomedical sciences with 5+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/Cell journals
- Expertise in CRISPR gene editing and single-cell sequencing
- Experience managing multi-site clinical trials
- Strong proficiency in Python/R for bioinformatics analysis
