Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials for novel immunotherapeutic agents
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of biologists, data scientists, and clinical coordinators
- Analyze complex genomic datasets using Python/R and machine learning frameworks
- Author high-impact publications for NEJM and Nature Medicine journals
- Secure NIH grants and industry partnerships (>$2M annually)
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
- Present findings at international conferences (ASCO, AACR)
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
- 8+ years of oncology research with 3+ years in clinical trial leadership
- Proven track record of first-author publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in CRISPR gene editing and single-cell sequencing
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA regulations
- Demonstrated success with IND/BLA applications
- Strong proficiency in bioinformatics tools (Seurat, DESeq2)
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (Medidata Rave)
