Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trials adhering to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Analyze complex biological data using statistical software and bioinformatics tools
- Prepare regulatory documents and submissions for investigational new drugs (INDs)
- Mentor junior researchers and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Present findings at scientific conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners to translate research into therapies
Qualifications
- PhD in Medical Research, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in leading Phase I-III clinical trials
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and FDA/EMA guidelines
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis (R, SAS, Python)
- Published research in high-impact medical journals
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) required
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical trial management systems
