Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical research protocols adhering to FDA/ICH-GCP standards
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in translational medicine initiatives
- Analyze genomic/proteomic data using bioinformatics tools (Python/R required)
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed publications
- Manage $2M+ research budgets and grant applications
- Mentor junior scientists and oversee lab operations
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on Phase II-III trials
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical research experience in academic or industry settings
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals
- Experience with regulatory submissions (IND/IDE)
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis (SAS/SPSS)
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
