Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials in oncology and immunology
- Analyze biomedical data using advanced statistical methods and AI-driven platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8-10 researchers and technicians
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from NIH and industry partners
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in high-impact journals
- Develop new diagnostic protocols and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive research experience in clinical trials
- Proven track record of securing NIH funding (>5M)
- Expertise in oncology drug development and immunotherapy
- Strong publication record in Nature, Science, or Cell journals
- Proficiency in R programming and bioinformatics tools
- Certification in GCP and FDA regulatory requirements
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers
