Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials and laboratory experiments to advance therapeutic solutions
- Analyze genomic, proteomic, and cellular data using advanced statistical methods and bioinformatics tools
- Lead cross-functional teams of biologists, chemists, and data scientists in translational research
- Develop and validate novel biomarkers for disease diagnosis and treatment monitoring
- Prepare regulatory documentation and collaborate with FDA/EMA compliance teams
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed medical journals
- Secure external funding through NIH grants and private foundation partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related medical field with 5+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven expertise in CRISPR gene editing and high-throughput screening technologies
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (e.g., Nature Medicine, Cell)
- Experience with FDA/EMA clinical trial protocols and IND applications
