Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical trials and research studies adhering to FDA and GCP standards
- Analyze complex biomedical data using advanced statistical methods and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, clinicians, and biostatisticians
- Develop comprehensive research protocols and secure regulatory approvals
- Present findings to stakeholders and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
- Drive innovation in therapeutic areas including oncology and rare diseases
Qualifications
- PhD in Medical Research, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in clinical trial design and regulatory compliance (FDA, ICH)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, Python)
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex studies
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
